项目解读

包头万郡宴会艺术中心由广州互向建筑空间设计率领各团队共同打造。自2024年2月起，团队为该项目提供建筑外观、室内和景观的一体化设计，并全面负责设计与项目监督，涵盖从概念到落地的全过程。项目历时一年多建设，预计于2025年5月正式投入使用。

Baotou Wanjun Banquet Art Center was jointly built by various teams led by Guangzhou Mutual Architectural Space Design. Since February 2024, the team has provided integrated design for the exterior, interior and landscape of the project, and has been fully responsible for the design and project supervision, covering the entire process from concept to implementation. The project lasted more than a year to build and is expected to be officially put into use in May 2025.

包头万郡宴会中心坐落于包头市青山区文化路，位于包头市区黄金地段，地理位置优越，交通极为便利，该项目占地面积1.05万平方米，建筑面积8019平方米，投资1000万+，集婚礼策划执行、婚宴星级餐饮为一体的主题宴会中心。宴会酒店呈现了奥斯卡、韩系、新中式、圣殿等多个主题宴会厅，每个主题厅都有其独特的设计和装饰风格，另外配备了7个高端商务包厢和2个主题定制宴会包厢，以满足不同宾客的喜好和需求。随着婚礼宴会行业竞争越来越激烈，重资产、重规模已经成为同行业较量的成规，且产品同质化、服务同质化、营销同质化，都越来越严重。在这个迭代步伐加速的时代，我们应当寻找出一种轻资产的艺术空间，用设计将运营共和在一起，才能助力企业无垠的发展。宴会是一场庞大的连锁反应，是空间设计、成本、运营、和服务彼此碰撞的交织体，任何成功企业的最终呈现，都绝非独立的，而是彼此相和，于多元联动中实现的一种平衡。

Baotou Wanjun Banquet Center is located in Baotou City, Qingshan District, Wenhua Road, located in the prime area of Baotou City, the geographical position is superior, the transportation is very convenient, the project covers an area of 10,500 square meters, construction area of 8,019 square meters, investment of 10 million +, set wedding planning and execution, wedding banquet star catering as one of the theme banquet center. The banquet hotel presents a number of theme banquet halls such as Oscar, Korean, New Chinese, Temple, etc., each theme hall has its own unique design and decoration style, and is equipped with 7 high-end business boxes and 2 themed customized banquet boxes to meet the preferences and needs of different guests. With the increasingly fierce competition in the wedding banquet industry, heavy assets and heavy scale have become the norm in the same industry, and the homogenization of products, services and marketing is becoming more and more serious. In this era of accelerated iteration, we should find an asset-light art space and use design to integrate operations together in order to help the boundless development of enterprises. Banquet is a huge chain reaction, is the space design, cost, operation, and service collision of the intertwined body, the final presentation of any successful enterprise, is by no means independent, but in harmony with each other, in the multi-linkage to achieve a balance.

大堂设计，满足宾客的情绪价值

The lobby is designed to meet the emotional value of guests

大堂，不仅仅要有功能属性，更要通过视觉美感，满足客户的情绪价值。本设计旨在打造一处格调高雅、环境舒适的环境。空间布局上，采用开放式格局，流畅的线条引导宾客视线，营造出通透开阔之感。地面选用深灰色，低调中尽显质感。接待区前台采用流线型主体，背景动态艺术玻璃装置，精致又不乏沉稳。休息区布置了米白色的绒面沙发与造型简约的玻璃茶几等。角落摆放卡通艺术装置组合，俏皮而灵动。墙面香槟色金属发光窗户，营造出温馨且格调十足的氛围，使宾客踏入大堂便沉醉于这独特的格调之中。

The lobby should not only have functional attributes, but also meet the emotions of customers through space design and visual beauty. The value book is designed to create an elegant, impressive space. In terms of space layout, an open layout is adopted, and smooth lines guide guests' sight, creating a sense of transparency and openness. The floor is dark gray, which is low-key and full of texture. The reception desk of the reception area adopts a streamlined main body with a dynamic plexiglass installation in the background, which is exquisite and calm. The lounge area is furnished with an off-white suede sofa and a simple glass coffee table. In the corner, there is a combination of cartoon art installations, which is playful and smart. Champagne-coloured metal windows create a warm and stylish ambience that invites guests to immerse themselves in this unique atmosphere as soon as they step into the lobby.

艺术楼梯，拾级而上，领略别样的风景

楼梯，不仅仅是连接上下楼层的通道，更是空间中的艺术雕塑。一群金色的小蜜蜂从顶部倾泻而下，光影洒在它们小小的身躯上，宛如灵动的精灵，为这静态的美增添了一抹生动的光彩，让梯级之间的阴影交织成一幅神秘的画卷。

The staircase is not only a passage connecting the upper and lower floors, but also an artistic sculpture in the space. A swarm of golden bees poured down from the top, and the light and shadow sprinkled on their small bodies, like agile spirits, added a touch of vivid brilliance to this static beauty, and made the shadows between the steps intertwine into a mysterious picture.

网红连廊，走进仪式感

当连廊成为秀场，让宾客走进仪式感，设计的重心在于空间的层次与灯光的搭配，展现一个仪式感的幸福连廊，作为婚礼仪式的空间，巧妙的利用层层的拱形排列营造沉浸式的体验，让参加婚礼的宾客可以随处拍照打卡，一眼万年的走廊，屏住呼吸静静的欣赏，走廊增加了卡通艺术装置打卡点，过道间有温暖的光影加持，层层叠叠的弧形设计，通过顶部的镜面形成倒影，打造秀场仪式感。

When the corridor becomes a show, allowing guests to walk into the sense of ceremony, the focus of the design lies in the level of the space and the matching of lighting, showing a sense of ritual happiness corridor, as the space of the wedding ceremony, the clever use of layers of arch arrangement to create an immersive experience, so that the guests participating in the wedding can take photos everywhere to check in, a glance at the corridor of ten thousand years, hold your breath and quietly appreciate, the corridor has increased the cartoon art device check-in point, there is a warm light and shadow blessing between the corridors, and the layered arc design forms a reflection through the mirror surface at the top. High-end business banquets, highlighting dignity and quality

酒店一共配套了7间独立高端商务包厢，美味的食物，重要的人，餐盘之上和至亲好友一起享受温暖的时光。为了营造出一种尊贵闲雅的气质，采用了现代设计手法与当代东方雅韵相结合，选择香槟金色和深色作为基调，多种材质的组合，并通过艺术玻璃屏风增加了墙面的立体感，是商务宴请、亲友欢聚的理想之选。
